vippkr Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "vippkr", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the vippkr platform, licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.
• "Platform" refers to the vippkr website accessible at vippkr.asia, including all pages, sub-pages, gaming interfaces, account dashboards, cashier systems, and any associated mobile-accessible interfaces.
• "User", "You", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vippkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a User on the vippkr platform, identified by the User's registered Pakistani mobile number.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held within a User's vippkr account wallet, comprising both real money deposits and any applicable bonus funds where indicated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash credits applied to a User's account pursuant to vippkr's promotional offers.
• "Gaming Activity" refers to any casino game play, sports bet placement, fishing arcade game session, or any other wagering activity conducted through the vippkr platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which vippkr accounts are denominated by default for Pakistani users.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations applicable to vippkr as a licensed gaming operator.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

By accessing the vippkr platform, by completing the registration process, by logging into an existing account, by depositing funds, by placing any wager, or by accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Your acceptance creates a legally binding agreement between you and vippkr. These Terms govern all interactions with the platform and supersede any prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

vippkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where amendments are material, vippkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email or mobile number associated with their account prior to the amendments taking effect.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the vippkr platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 or older. vippkr may request documentary evidence of age at any point and will suspend account access pending verification if age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

vippkr services are offered to individuals in jurisdictions where accessing online gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the vippkr platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. vippkr makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the vippkr platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. vippkr reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates and to forfeit all associated balances.

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or a mobile number that is not your own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. vippkr may request supporting documentation to verify registration information at any time.

Your vippkr account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any other party. You may not allow or facilitate any other person to use your account. vippkr accounts have no monetary value outside the platform and do not constitute a financial instrument.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vippkr login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any other person under any circumstances. vippkr support staff will never ask for your password. Any disclosure of your credentials to a third party is at your sole risk.

You must notify vippkr immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vippkr shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

vippkr offers optional OTP-based two-factor authentication as an additional security layer on all accounts. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication. In the event of a security dispute, failure to have enabled two-factor authentication where it was available may affect vippkr's liability assessment.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months — meaning no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, and no gaming activity — may be classified as dormant. vippkr reserves the right to charge an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Prior written notice will be provided before any inactivity fee is applied.

vippkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and vippkr reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected Users.

The minimum deposit amount at vippkr is PKR 100. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are specified in the Cashier section of the platform and vary by payment method. vippkr reserves the right to adjust transaction limits in response to AML requirements, licensing obligations, or operational factors.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy applies without exception. vippkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods with no prior deposit history on the account. This requirement exists as part of vippkr's AML compliance programme.

vippkr aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. vippkr cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the User's financial institution or mobile wallet provider.

vippkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a copy of a valid government-issued Pakistani identity card (CNIC), proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All bonuses and promotional offers available at vippkr are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to that offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the vippkr platform. These offer-specific terms incorporate by reference and must be read alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game list, minimum odds conditions for sports bets, and expiry period are specified on each individual promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

vippkr takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a systematic manner designed to minimise risk and extract value without genuine gaming intent; coordinating with other users to abuse referral or loyalty structures; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome. Where bonus abuse is identified, vippkr reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals funded by bonus play, and close the account.

Free bets and free spins provided as part of promotions carry a cash equivalent value determined by vippkr at its sole discretion. Winnings generated from free bets and free spins are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused free bets and free spins expire at the time specified in the offer terms and will not be replaced or compensated.

Each game available on the vippkr platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. vippkr reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes where a technical error or malfunction demonstrably affected the fairness of the game outcome.

All sports bets placed on the vippkr platform — including cricket, PSL, Test matches, T20 internationals, and other markets — are governed by the vippkr Sportsbook Rules document, which is published on the platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. vippkr reserves the right to void or restrict bets where pricing errors, manifest errors, or integrity concerns are identified.

vippkr imposes maximum payout limits per game category, per bet, and per day as specified in the platform's payout limit schedule. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated limit. Maximum payout limits exist to protect the financial sustainability of the platform and are a standard feature of regulated gaming operations.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including connection interruptions, software errors, or server failures — vippkr will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, vippkr will refund the affected stake amount to the User's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and play in the affected game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vippkr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one account on the vippkr platform;
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, automated systems, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit any software bug, glitch, or pricing error on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in connection with any sporting event available for betting on the vippkr platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to transact in funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits after gaming activity has occurred;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vippkr staff members or other users of the platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law and where vippkr does not hold a valid licence to operate.

All content on the vippkr platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, sound files, page layouts, user interface elements, the vippkr brand name, and associated imagery — is the intellectual property of vippkr or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vippkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works from, reverse-engineering, or otherwise exploiting any content on the platform without the prior written consent of vippkr.

All game content — including slot game engines, live dealer software, and fishing arcade titles — is licensed to vippkr by third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vippkr's total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your vippkr account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vippkr shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, or loss of anticipated savings; losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; losses caused by Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or government actions.

You acknowledge and accept that participation in online gambling involves risk of financial loss. vippkr does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or particular game outcomes. The house maintains a mathematical advantage on all casino games and a margin on all sports markets. You participate in all gaming activity entirely at your own financial risk.

vippkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from within Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month to automatically halt gaming sessions when the limit is reached;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and session closures when a defined gaming duration is reached;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion from the vippkr platform;
• Reality Check: Enable periodic reminders displaying the duration and results of your current gaming session;
• Account Closure: Request immediate closure of your vippkr account at any time through the support team.

vippkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) vippkr is required to do so by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order; (c) the User has provided false information; (d) suspicious transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse are identified; (e) the account holder is identified as being under 21 years of age.

You may request closure of your vippkr account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed by vippkr due to a breach of these Terms, vippkr reserves the right to forfeit all account balances — including real money deposits and bonus funds. Where funds are forfeited due to suspected fraudulent activity, vippkr may hold funds pending investigation and resolution by relevant authorities.

vippkr may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, vippkr will provide advance notice to registered Users through the contact information associated with their account — typically at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — including clarifications of existing clauses, formatting changes, and corrections of typographical errors — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the vippkr platform. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the vippkr platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vippkr holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the vippkr platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, save where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Before escalating any dispute formally, you must first raise a complaint through vippkr's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. vippkr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. More complex complaints may require a longer resolution period, in which case vippkr will provide regular status updates.

If vippkr's internal complaints procedure does not result in a resolution satisfactory to you, you are entitled to escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by vippkr's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on the vippkr platform and can be provided by the support team on request.
